1. Pick extra jobs easily

The Smart App makes it easy to see any extra work projects that are available in your area. When you sign up to NAPIT Keep Busy, we’ll send you a selection of local customer enquiries every week – these appear on your ‘Available’ tab in the app.

You can scroll through these enquiries and click them to find out more about them. If you see any that you like the look of and want to quote for, just tap ‘Pick enquiry’. This reveals the customer’s contact details so you can get in touch – we’ll let them know you’ve done this so they’ll be expecting your call.

Any enquiries you pick will move over to the ‘Received’ tab. This makes it easy to see clearly which projects you have on the go and which are still available to pick.

2. Contact customers straight from the app

Once you’ve picked an enquiry, it’s important to contact the customer as soon as possible. This will help you make a good impression and increase the chances of them hiring you.

It can be tough keeping track of customer details and fitting in the time to get in touch – but it doesn’t have to be. With the Quotatis Smart App, it’s simple. To contact a customer, simply go to their enquiry and click the ‘Call’ button. There are also ‘Email’ and ‘SMS’ buttons if you can’t get through.

This means no more swapping between apps or mixing up details – the Smart App makes contacting customers simple.

3. Request extra information when you need it

Ever received a quote request that doesn’t include the details you need? Homeowners who don’t know much about electrical work often aren’t aware of the essential things they need to tell you.

That’s why you can use the Smart App to request extra information about an enquiry before you pick it. Simply tap the ‘Request More Info’ button and we’ll send the customer an SMS or email to let them know. You’ll get an app notification once they’ve updated it, so you can take another look and decide whether to pick it or not.

This handy feature makes it easy to save time requesting information and ensure your picked enquiries are all jobs you can quote and work.

4. Ask customers to write you a review

But if they don’t get around to it, you can also ask them yourself. Simply visit the ‘Ratings and reviews request’ section in your app, and tap ‘request review’ next to the relevant job. We’ll automatically send them another message asking them to write a review of your great work.

You can even add photos to individual projects, so when the customer writes a review they’ll appear next to it.
